Q2 (answer) If you do not have Flash 5 and above you will not be able to load the tutorials.

Q20 (answer)This is a browser related issue so it is best to either logg off your pc or reboot. This allows IE to getout a cache session error.

Q21 (answer)Check to see if you have set the correct number of passes. For example if you put to be notified after 3 successful passes, even though it shows 3 people have already successfully passed the exam your sms will not work. What you need to do is set the sms to 6 successful passes. This will allow you to be notified after the next 3 successful passes ( e.g. 3+3). Secondly, make sure you write the correct international number as given in the important information ).

Q22 (answer) The system does not allow for this. The best suggestion here is to go back to the exams criteria options and change random to "n". If this does not correct the problem, you will need to recreate the exam by first deleting the current exam, then logging off. Shut down your browser and then reopen a new one. Log on again and create the test again ensuring that you do not select random option to yes.

Q23 (answer) Please delete the whole question and redo it. Sometimes due to internet connectivity issues this occurs and is outside our control.

Q24 (answer) Please read the instructions shown in important implementation details once you purchase the feature.

Q25 (answer) You can add several media formats such as Windows Video and Sound Media, Quicktime, Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office products. Also most graphics files for the net are acceptable such as JPEG,PNG etc. This allows you to create tests as never available from any other online test creation software.

Q4 ( Candidate answer) Super Candidate requires that you have Adobe Flash 5 player in order to work. It will continue to loop if you have an earlier version.. Right click on the exam. If you have an earlier version of flash, then update for free at Adobe.

Q5 ( Candidate answer) Sometimes data is stored in the Cache of your browser. Although this problem does not normally occur with Super Candidate, we advise you to close the window, where you have just sat an exam and then go back to the site. This will ensure emptying the cache.
